Affiliate Program Guide

This document details the operational rules, commission structure, and compliance guidelines for the AGENSTAB Affiliate Program.

1. Program Structure

The AGENSTAB Affiliate Program is a performance-based partnership designed to reward affiliates who drive highly qualified conversions. Affiliates operate under a standard 6-month contract, with performance reviewed quarterly.

2. Commission Tiers

Your commission rates are determined by your performance tier, which is evaluated during Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR).

• Standard: 1-4 new subs/quarter. (1.00× rate)
• Active: 5-14 new subs/quarter. (1.15× rate)
• Strong: 15-29 new subs/quarter. (1.25× rate)
• Elite: 30-59 new subs/quarter. (1.35× rate)
• Sovereign: 60+ new subs/quarter. (1.50× rate)

Standard Tier Base Rates: Developer ($50), Builder ($100), Team ($200), Builder/Team Renewal ($25/mo), Enterprise (10%).

3. Attribution Rules

• Cookie Window: 60 days.
• Attribution Model: Last-click. The affiliate whose link was clicked most recently prior to the user's initial sign-up receives the attribution.
• Trigger: Commissions are generated upon the first successful payment of a subscription invoice, not upon account creation or trial initiation.

4. Payment Terms

• Holdback: Commissions enter a 14-day holdback period immediately following successful invoice payment to allow for disputes or refunds.
• Schedule: Payments are issued on a Net-30 basis following the close of the calendar quarter for all payable commissions.
• Minimum Payout: $50 USD. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the subsequent quarter.
• Methods: PayPal, Wise, or direct bank transfer (SWIFT/ACH).
• Clawbacks: If a charge is disputed or refunded, the corresponding commission will be clawed back from your next payout.

5. Compliance & Prohibited Practices

Affiliates must adhere to the following guidelines to maintain active status:

• No self-referrals or commission fraud.
• No bidding on AGENSTAB branded keywords in paid search (e.g., Google Ads).
• No spam or unsolicited bulk email (CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance is mandatory).
• No misrepresentation of the AGENSTAB product capabilities or pricing.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the contract and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
