Effective date: 1 May 2026. Last Updated: 12 May 2026. These terms govern your use of the AGENSTAB platform, browser engine, and ecosystem.
By accessing, installing, or using the AGENSTAB platform, browser engine, extension, or SDK (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity.
AGENSTAB provides an infrastructure layer for autonomous browsing. Subject to compliance with these terms, AGENSTAB Inc., a Delaware Corporation, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Any use of the Service to scrape data, bypass security, or automate actions on platforms where such activity is expressly prohibited by that platform's own terms of service is a violation of these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify AGENSTAB immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
AGENSTAB processes browser state data (AXTree) to enable agent functionality. While the extension aims to minimize data transmission, some metadata and state snapshots may be processed by our cloud-based VLM (Vision-Language Models) to execute complex commands. You retain all ownership of your data. For more information, review our Privacy Protocol.
The Service, including its browser engine, algorithms, UI, and branding, is the intellectual property of AGENSTAB Inc. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except as permitted by applicable law.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Usage-based fees (e.g., pay-per-action credits) are billed as consumed. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or in the event of termination without cause by AGENSTAB as described in Section 7. AGENSTAB reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
AGENSTAB may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice for any material violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. For termination without cause, AGENSTAB will provide 30 days' advance written notice to active paid subscribers and issue a pro-rated refund for any prepaid, unused services.
AGENSTAB IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENSTAB INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REPUTATION. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AGENSTAB Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States.
