Effective date: 1 May 2026. These terms govern your use of the AGENSTAB platform, browser engine, agent marketplace, and all associated services.
By accessing or using the AGENSTAB platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
You may use AGENSTAB to automate browser-based workflows on platforms where you hold a valid account and authorisation. You may not use the Service to access systems you are not authorised to access, circumvent security controls, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
AGENSTAB processes browser state data (AXTree, screenshots where VLM is enabled) locally in your extension. No session data is transmitted to AGENSTAB servers without your explicit configuration. See our Privacy Protocol for full details.
Agents purchased from the AGENSTAB marketplace are licensed, not sold. Lifetime licences grant perpetual use rights for the specific agent version and all future updates on stable agents. Subscription licences are valid for the billing period. Pay-per-run credits are non-refundable once consumed.
AGENSTAB is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGENSTAB Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
