Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the AGENSTAB platform to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Conduct unauthorized vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or DDoS attacks.
• Scrape, extract, or manipulate data from third-party websites in violation of their Terms of Service.
• Deploy agents to generate spam, phish credentials, or distribute malware.
• Bypass CAPTCHAs or rate limits maliciously to disrupt third-party services.

2. Compliance and Enforcement

AGENSTAB monitors API usage to detect patterns indicative of AUP violations. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, without refund.
